Joe is one half of the founding members of the Swampass Precision team.  Joe grew up between Virginia and California playing Baseball, Soccer and Golf.  After moving to South Carolina in the early 90’s, he took an interest in Hunting and the Shooting Sports and has been Shooting competitively since 2020.
